Guided by our personal trainer Pedro you are guaranteed a beach boot camp experience you won't forget. With a background in professional rugby, sessions are targeted to help you develop your core strength, weight-loss, and increase your energy levels and productivity throughout the day.

Due to Pedro's extensive training, progressions, regressions and modifications can be offered to any individual at any fitness level. Sessions are priced at 15 Euros with discount provided for beach boot camp packages.
