What is the aim of a skinny rebel workout?
To complete as many rounds as possible within 30 or 45 minutes.
How does it differ from another high intensity workout in London?
Each round will consist of a set number of full body, functional exercises followed by an interval session. The entire workout is a race against the clock. Beat your previous score and we will provide a 50% discount for your next session.
How many sessions until I start to notice a difference?
Straight away and we mean straight away! Your mind and body will be pushed to it's absolute limit, but don't worry your form and technique will be monitored throughout the workout by our trainers.
How long are the sessions?
30 or 45 minutes which is plenty of time!
How many people are in each session?
Session capacity is limited due to the nature of the workout and our desire to maintain a personal workout with our clients. There will be a maximum of six people per skinny rebel session.
What fitness level do I need to be to attend the class?
We welcome all fitness levels at skinny rebel.
Monday: 7:00am (45 minute session) - 12:15pm (30 minute session)
Tuesday: 12:15pm (30 minute session) - 7:00pm (45 minute session)
Wednesday: 7:00am (45 minute session) - 12:15pm (30 minute session)
Thursday: 12:15pm (30 minute session) - 7:00pm (45 minute session)
Friday: 7:00am (45 minute session) - 12:15pm (30 minute session)
Saturday: 9:00am (45 minute session)
