Online Personal Training
This is ideal if you want personal training support and guidance but are not based in the UK. Our online personal training will include an initial consultation by Skype or phone, personalised training plan and workouts to be done at home. It will also include food diary analysis and a nutrition plan, plus ongoing support and access to our personal trainers via phone, email or Skype.

The UK's first pop-up park gym is available from April to September in 2021. The Ultimate Park Gym promotes, encourage and inspires you to train outdoors in the warmer weather. Our pop-up gyms are available Monday to Friday at selected times and locations across a number of London parks.
