Emma Joy is a level 3 personal trainer with CPD training in circuits, spinning, gym box & advanced nutrition. Having found a love for running marathons, she has made it her mission to run all top 5 international marathons.
 

She has an online blog where she updates her fitness adventures by the name of Lipstick And Trainers. She has been shortlisted for the health & wellbeing award for Cosmopolitan magazine and also for the Influencer of the Year Award for Women's Running magazine; which she is also a race ambassador for and has even appeared on their front cover in August 2017.
