How Do I Test For a Food Intolerance?

At Train Dirty London our fitness professionals can test for the most common food intolerance. We can also expand the test to cover more than 110 different food groups, chemicals, artificial flavorings and preservatives. We've partnered with Lorisian, Europe's leading provider of food intolerance testing. Testing kits are priced at £400 and can be purchased through our website or directly through our personal trainers. The test is really simple, a small sample of blood is taken and sent to a laboratory where it is tested. Once the results have been collected our fitness professionals will book you in for a 30 minute follow up consultation and will then advise you of the foods you are intolerant to, and suggest removal of these foods from your diet for a certain period of time. After removing these foods, many clients find a huge improvement in their health and vitality, along with a significant reduction or complete disappearance of symptoms.
